Group Outplacement

Workplace Solutions will conduct group outplacement workshops for up to 12 participants at one time.  These sessions last for one or two days, depending on the information covered.   Topics included in the workshops can include:

• Resume preparation to reflect skills and achievements
• Covering letters
• Responding to job ads
• Interviewing techniques, approaches and styles,
• Behavioural assessments that will identify strengths and areas requiring development 
• Researching companies
• Using the Internet effectively
• Networking
